Print-on-Demand & Custom Items (Final Sale)No Buyer’s Remorse: All print-on-demand products (apparel, mugs, tote bags, etc.) are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size, color, or variant. Please consult our size charts before purchasing. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. 2. General Drop shipped Items 30-Day Return Window: For standard non-custom drop shipped items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Item Condition: To eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 3. How to Open a Claim (Step-by-Step) Contact Us First: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Provide Proof: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must include clear photos or videos of the issue alongside your initial email. Get Your Return Label/Address: If your return is approved, our support team will provide you with the exact warehouse return address and specific instructions. 4. Refunds & Store Credit Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
