This means your products are manufactured, printed, packaged, and shipped directly by third-party suppliers located globally. Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple distinct items may be produced by different suppliers and arrive in separate packages at different times. Product Availability: We do not guarantee permanent stock of any dropshipped items. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, or cancel orders if a supplier runs out of inventory. Section 3 - Accuracy of Pricing and Billing Price Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Correction of Information: In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. Section 4 - Accuracy of Shipping and Delivery Estimates Estimated Windows: All shipping dates and delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates, not absolute guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, holiday volumes, or regional supplier delays. Customs and Import Fees: For international shipments, items may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Section 5 - Intellectural Property and Custom Prints Copyrighted Material: For any print-on-demand designs you submit or request us to customize, you warrant that you own the rights to the artwork or text, or possess the proper licensing. We reserve the right to cancel any custom order that infringes on trademark or copyright laws. Site Content: All original graphics, store designs, logos, and custom product copy featured on this store are the property of Country and Grace LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.
